Emmy has worked for City of Joy since February, 2011 as the Project Manager. Before coming to COJR, he lived in Muhanga with his teenage daughter and worked at Urukundo Foundaton Orphanage.
What he likes most about working at COJ is that it helps him to achieve one of his dreams – supporting poor people from dependency toward self reliance, especially retired and children. He says, “City of Joy has been playing a big role to improve lives of the poor here in Gatagara since 2011, so I am proud of that.”
He asks for prayer for his daughter to have good health and that she would continue to have a desire for education.
When he is not working, he enjoys sports, reading books, watching television (news & sport) and go to church on Sunday.
